Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Image Converter: JPG PNG PDF (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by the developer listed on its App Store page ("we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes, in accordance with Apple's standard end-user license agreement.
The service
- The App converts photos and documents (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, PDF) entirely on your device.
- Free tier: convert up to 3 photos per batch, with all core formats available.
- Lifetime Pro: a one-time purchase that removes the app-imposed batch limit, removes ads, and unlocks the current Pro conversion options. Pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase.
- After closing the Pro offer, a free user may optionally watch a rewarded ad to unlock a larger current batch. No reward is granted if the ad is unavailable or not completed; the standard free allowance remains available.
Purchases & refunds
- Lifetime Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system and is billed by Apple.
- The purchase is one-time and does not renew.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Acceptable use
- Only convert content you own or have the right to process.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Do not bypass purchase verification or license checks.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, and branding remain our property. You retain all rights to your own photos and converted files. Conversion does not transfer any ownership of your content to us.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your photos never leave your device.
Availability & changes
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Updates may be required for continued compatibility with new iOS versions.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, photos, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Always keep backups of important photos. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate this license if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
