Common questions
My HEIC photos won't import
Grant the app photo library access in Settings → Privacy → Photos → Image Converter ("Full Access" recommended). If selection still fails, restart the app — iOS occasionally revokes temporary picker permissions.
Why is my batch limited to 3 photos?
The free tier converts up to 3 photos per batch in the core formats. After closing the Pro offer, an optional rewarded ad may unlock a larger current batch. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the app-imposed batch limit and ads.
Converted PDF looks wrong or rotated
Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store — a PDF rotation fix shipped in 1.0.2. If the issue persists, email us the page count and the iOS version you're running (no need to send the file itself).
I purchased Lifetime Pro but it isn't restored
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" with the Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still fails, email us your purchase date and we'll help you recover access.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID to submit a refund request.
Does the app need internet?
Conversions run 100% on-device. Internet is used for purchase verification, Firebase diagnostics and configuration, and optional user-initiated rewarded ads. Photos and converted files are never uploaded.
